VAGINAL TIGHTENING / VAGINAL REJUVENATION
Vaginal childbirth, the maturing process, multiple sexual partners, and the use of sex toys
may result in the vaginal walls becoming stretched and and loose. this strecthing of the
vaginal muscles and tissues is often not able to be reversed naturally.
Cosmetic surgical tightening of the vaginal muscles and surrounding tissues,
performed aesthetically, may enhance the sexual pleasure of the woman and
and her sexual partner. This surgery is called Vaginal Rejuvenation.
Dr. Goodrich and his staff will show you many " before and after " pictures
of this procedure during your aesthetic consultation.
VAGINAL CONTOURING / LABIA MINORA REDUCTION SURGERY
Pregnancy, childbirth and sometimes normal anatomy may result in protruding inner vaginal
lips, called labia minora. Enlarged or protruding vaginal lips may sometimes cause problems such
as: pain and tenderness with with sex; pain and discomfort jogging, running, riding a bike,
motorcycle, horse and exercising. Some women and girls feel embarrassed because these
enlarged lips protrude in the genital area when wearing bathing suits, panties, and underwear.
Protruding vaginal lips can also affect a woman's self esteem, cause feelings of inadequacy, and even fear, stress and tension with her sexual partner.
Vaginal Contouring surgery consists of having the labia minora reduced and making lips
symmetrical, even and aesthetically pleasing. Often the darkened edge of the labia are removed
resulting in a more pink and more youthful appearance. Women and their partners are very
satisfied with the new appearance of the labia minora and the entire genital area.
Dr. Goodrich will show you examples of "before and after" pictures and the surgery itself
during your aesthetic consultation.
G-SPOT ENHANCEMENT / G-SPOT INTENSIFICATION
The G-Spot is described as a complex of nerves located in the upper vaginal wall, when stimulated help to induce vaginal orgasms and vaginal sexual pleasure. Recent medical studies suggest that the G-Spot may vary in size and location in many women; and in some women, it is very small or may not even exist. This may be the cause of many reports indicating that up to 70% of women may not have an orgasm with vaginal sexual activity.
Dr. Goodrich and staff will discuss your medical, surgical and sexual history; discuss the presence or absence and the character of your orgasms; and perform a gynecological examination . They will then discuss strategies or procedures to enhance your sexual pleasure. Most importantly, you will be taught how to find your G-Spot, and how to nurture it.
